Formed in 2008, Focus has grown steadily to a point where we are now the preferred carpentry contractors for a number of the country’s largest house builders.

We are also specialists in house cladding.

With a reputation for quality work and a trustworthy team has underpinned this growth and we now have a 24 strong subcontractor team.

In addition to building we also offer a Homecare service to ensure properties are maintained after completion.

We specialise in constructing the wooden framework and structures of buildings.

We work closely with architects, construction managers, and other tradespeople to bring architectural plans to life.

We are experts in joist and truss work for new builds, roofs, extensions and more.

HOUSE CLADDING

Bedford House Cladding

Installing external wall cladding can revitalise the appearance of your home and add improved insulation as well as adding value to your home.

Wood is used far less frequently these days as it is expensive to maintain once it rots.

Focus uses Hardie Plank for house cladding which is built to last, comes in a number of colours – its the go to façade for builders, homeowners and architects worldwide.

HOMECARE - MAINTENANCE

Our sister company Focus Homecare provides a team of operatives to ensure we can guarantee our work and taking the pressure off your site agents. We will also take on work from other contractors if they cannot offer the same service we pride ourselves on. From roofs through to your customer reviews we will leave your clients happy they bought into you.

DECKING

Decking will transform your garden, providing a focal point for outdoor entertaining, for children to play and simply somewhere to relax outdoors.

SOFFITS & FASCIA

Soffits and fascia provide an overhang which protect roof rafter and joists plus supporting guttering. Soffits and fascia can also improve the appearance and value of your property. We can provide this in isolation or as part of a cladding project.

HEALTH & SAFETY

At Focus we make sure that all our method statements meet the highest levels of site safety.

With our risk assessments reviews on a regular basis so that our carpenters are trained and understand the importance of the day to day tasks and the way these tasks are to be carried out.

As our carpenters are as important to us as your workforce is to you we carry out regular tool box checks and work with you to make sure our work is carried out as safely as possible.

Our method statements and risk assessments are CHAS & SMAS certificated and we work with an independent H&S consultant so we can get a second opinion on how best to achieve this.
